About The Turing Forge
The Turing Forge is a technology consulting company focused on leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to drive business outcomes for clients and internal teams. The Challenge
For The Turing Forge, LinkedIn was the obvious place to build visibility and credibility in AI. Leadership had strong insights on adoption, governance, and ROI, but—like many executives—they couldn’t post consistently.
Researching topics, drafting posts, and maintaining a cadence always lost out to client work and operations. As Managing Partner Vern Hubbard noted, LinkedIn never became a priority because quality posts took more time than he could spare.
They also didn’t want generic AI content that might sound artificial or damage trust. The Turing Forge needed a way to publish consistent thought leadership while preserving the authentic voice of its leaders.
The Solution
LinkedIn Content BOB
Creates a researched, on-brand LinkedIn draft every weekday for user review. Publishes to LinkedIn upon approval and learns from user feedback.
To solve this challenge, The Turing Forge used Get BOB, a no-code platform for creating autonomous AI employees (BOBs) tailored to their business. Instead of a simple writing assistant, they hired a dedicated LinkedIn Content BOB to act like a colleague owning thought leadership.
Every day, the BOB automatically scans the web for relevant news and studies previous LinkedIn posts for content, tone and engagement, producing daily drafts with hooks and source links.
Each draft is then emailed directly to the executive for review, where they can approve, give feedback, or reject. Approved posts are published directly to LinkedIn, while feedback helps the BOB continuously learn how to produce better content, aligned with the executive's personal opinions and communication style.
The Results
The impact was immediate. The team increased their LinkedIn publishing cadence without asking executives to spend time on research and writing, turning LinkedIn into a consistent channel for thought leadership instead of an occasional task.
Engagement followed. Posts sparked discussions and clearly resonated with the audience, while colleagues noted they still sounded authentic and true to the author’s voice, not like generic AI output.
By offloading research and drafting to an autonomous BOB and keeping final approval with leadership, The Turing Forge turned LinkedIn from a neglected chore into a scalable visibility engine that runs largely in the background, preserving a strong executive voice in the AI conversation without adding to already full schedules.
