Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans and In-App Purchases  

Get BOB LLC ("we", "us", "our", "Get BOB")  offers multiple subscription plans with varying levels of access and features. The details of available plans, including pricing and features, may change over time.  

Each plan may include a number of prepaid AI credits ("Subscription credits") per month, which can be used for various AI-powered features within the product. Subscription credits expire at the end of each subscription month and cannot be rolled over to future months.  

Customers can also purchase additional AI credits ("Top-up credits") at any time. Top-up credits do not expire and remain available for use as long as the customer maintains an active subscription. However, failure to pay subscription fees may result in the loss of Subscription and/or Top-up credits.  

To ensure uninterrupted use of AI-powered features, customers can enable automatic replenishment of Top-up credits. This feature allows a preset quantity of credits to be purchased automatically whenever the total balance of the customer's total AI credits falls below a defined threshold. Customers can adjust their replenishment settings within their account.  

Different AI processes within Get BOB require varying amounts of AI credits depending on workload complexity. While we strive to provide estimated usage costs before execution, some tasks may require additional AI credits post-completion based on actual processing demands. In cases where an AI process exceeds the customer’s available AI credits, Get BOB reserves the right to automatically replenish the account with additional credits to cover any negative balance.  

AI credit pricing may fluctuate over time due to promotions, bulk discounts, and incentive programs. Current pricing at the time of purchase does not guarantee availability of the same pricing in the future.  

Certain features within Get BOB may be available for scheduling or automated repeated execution. However, the estimated AI credit cost displayed at the time of scheduling does not guarantee that the actual cost at execution will remain the same. AI credit costs may vary based on system demand, processing requirements, or pricing changes, and we reserve the right to deduct the necessary AI credits at the time of execution.  

If an AI feature is scheduled to execute at a given time but the customer’s AI credit balance is insufficient to complete the process, Get BOB reserves the right to pause or cancel the execution of that feature. Customers are responsible for maintaining a sufficient AI credit balance to support scheduled operations.  

 

2. Billing  

Subscription Start: Billing begins on the day you subscribe, and you will be charged immediately for the first billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your selection).  

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless canceled before renewal.  

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, allowing continued service access until then.  

 

3. Plan Changes  

Upgrading to a Higher Tier Plan

If you upgrade your plan, the current plan is immediately terminated, and any unused portion of your billing cycle is refunded on a prorated basis. The new plan starts immediately with a new billing period.  

Downgrading to a Lower Tier Plan

Downgrade requests must be submitted via our product interface. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refunds for the remaining time. Downgrades may result in the loss of certain features or capacities.  

 

4. Subscription Term Changes  

Switching from Monthly to Annual Subscription

You may switch to an annual plan at any time, which may offer cost savings. This change will terminate your current monthly subscription, provide a prorated refund, and start a new annual billing cycle.  

Switching from Annual to Monthly Subscription

Switching to a monthly subscription requires submission of a request via our product interface. The change will take effect at the end of your current annual term, with no refund, and initiate a new monthly billing cycle.  

 

5. Terms Updates and Communication

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Subscription Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Please review these terms periodically for updates.  

 

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
