1. Introduction

Welcome to Get BOB LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”, "Get BOB"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://getbob.ai and our services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

 

2. Use of Our Services

Ownership

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is revocable at any time.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

By using our Services, you agree that we may send you electronic communications, including but not limited to service announcements, administrative messages, and promotional content. These communications are necessary for the operation of our Services and to ensure you receive the maximum value from your use of Get BOB. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message. However, essential service-related communications may still be sent as they are integral to the functionality of our Services.

 

6. Disclaimer of AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence (“AI”) and large language models to provide insights and data analysis. While we strive for accuracy, the outputs generated by AI features are based on the information available at the time and inherent limitations of AI technology. Therefore, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by our AI features.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that all decisions made based on information obtained from our AI features are made solely at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your reliance on any information provided by our AI features;
  • Any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on any such information;
  • Any inaccurate or incomplete information provided by our AI features.

We recommend that all data and information provided by our AI features be used as a guideline only and supplemented with due diligence and professional advice where appropriate. Our Services are not intended to replace professional advice or independent verification.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is" Clause)

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You acknowledge and authorize Get BOB and its affiliates to use de-identified or de-identified and aggregated data for the following purposes:  

  • Compiling usage and performance insights related to the Services;
  • Operating, maintaining, improving, and developing the Services;
  • Generating and publishing industry benchmarks, reports, and insights, ensuring such data is disclosed only in de-identified and aggregated form;
  • Managing customer, partner, and investor relations;
  • Enhancing customer experience, detecting security threats, and preventing fraudulent activity;
  • Fulfilling any other lawful purpose that aligns with the improvement and operation of our Services;

Get BOB will ensure that all such data is de-identified in a manner that does not allow for the identification of you, your users, or your Confidential Information. Get BOB and its affiliates shall own all Intellectual Property Rights in such de-identified or de-identified and aggregated data, as well as any data derived from it.  

 

9. Free Trials

We may offer free trials of our Services for a limited period ("Free Trial Period"). During the Free Trial Period, you will have access to the Services as described in the trial offer. At the end of the Free Trial Period, your access to the Services will automatically terminate unless you choose to subscribe to the Services. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time, without notice.

 

10. Use of Logo and Brand likeness

You grant us the right to use your company name and logo as a reference for marketing or promotional purposes on our website and in other communications. If you do not wish to grant this right, please contact us at legal@getbob.ai.

 

11. Payment and Subscription

Fees

Some of our Services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Services. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided to you before the change takes effect.

Billing

We use a third-party payment processor to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to these Terms. By submitting your payment information, you agree to these conditions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
