With FilePost connected, BOBs can treat documents as a first-class part of your operations. When a workflow creates a contract, report, export, or asset, BOBs can upload the file to FilePost and track it for later steps. Later, when another process needs the exact attachment, BOBs can retrieve the correct file by request—so you don’t hunt through folders or resend outdated versions.

This unlocks end-to-end “generate → store → fetch → deliver” use cases across operations like proposal and document management, invoice or statement handling, compliance-friendly recordkeeping, and content distribution pipelines. BOBs can also list files to find what’s already available, enabling smarter branching (e.g., reuse an existing export rather than regenerate it) and keeping multi-step workflows reliable.
