It creates and updates VivoMeetings as plans change, then focuses on what happens after the meeting by making recordings and transcripts available immediately—helping teams capture decisions, share context, and move faster on follow-ups.
Connecting Vivomeetings enables BOBs to handle the full meeting lifecycle: set it up, keep it current when details change, and ensure the outcomes are captured right away. Instead of waiting for manual coordination, BOBs can create or update a VivoMeeting based on the job you assign (e.g., onboarding, client check-in, webinar planning), then react when it’s created so the meeting stays aligned with your calendar and stakeholders.
Once the meeting exists, BOBs can retrieve conference recordings and transcripts to power rapid follow-up—summarizing key decisions, sharing action items, preparing internal updates, or triggering downstream tasks in your other tools (CRM, support, project management, or knowledge bases).
