Connecting Zep gives BOBs a durable place to keep the “why” behind decisions and the “where we left off” in an ongoing thread. Instead of treating each request as isolated, BOBs can pull the right thread context, maintain a session across time, and update memory as conversations evolve—improving accuracy for multi-step tasks like investigations, onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer or internal case work.

With Zep as the memory backbone, BOBs can capture new user messages into the active session, retrieve past context from the thread when planning next steps, and ensure the agent stays consistent with prior outputs. This unlocks use cases like reliable handoffs across days, coherent long-running workflows, continuous improvement from message history, and smarter responses that reflect current state—not just the latest prompt.
